Yes. After 24 months, the website is 100% yours. We hand over the files, the database, and full admin access. You can stay with us for hosting and care, move it to another host, or hand it to another developer. No lock-in, no ransom.
Correct. No deposit, no setup fee, no hidden onboarding charge. Your first monthly payment starts on the day you sign up, so we can get straight to work designing and building your site.
Pay monthly is a 24-month agreement, similar to a phone contract or a car lease. If you need to cancel early, the remaining months become payable as a settlement figure. This is how we can offer bespoke design with zero upfront cost. If your circumstances change, talk to us and we'll always try to find a fair solution.

Most sites are designed, built and launched within 4 to 6 weeks from kick-off. Bigger sites or sites with lots of content can take a little longer, but we'll always agree a timeline upfront so you know what to expect.
Yes. Our E-commerce plan gives you a fully managed WooCommerce store with Stripe and PayPal built in, shipping zones, tax configuration, order management, abandoned cart recovery and product schema for richer Google
results. We'll upload your first 50 products for you as part of the build.
No problem. The 50 product upload is just to get you launched, we can load more during the build for a small one-off charge, or you can add them yourself any time through the WooCommerce dashboard. There's no hard cap on
how many products your store can hold.
Yes. Your site is built in WordPress with a clean, easy-to-use editor. We'll give you Loom training videos walking you through the basics, and you can make changes any time. If you'd rather we did it for you, your monthly edit allowance has you covered
Three options. You can stay with us on a much lower monthly care plan to keep hosting, security, edits and support running. You can take full ownership and move the site elsewhere. Or you can upgrade to a brand new redesign on a fresh 24-month plan. The choice is yours.
Yes. Start on the Website plan and decide you want to sell products later? Upgrade to E-commerce any time. Want to add SEO? Bolt the add-on on top of either plan whenever you're ready. Need to scale back? Drop the SEO
add-on after month 6. We just want it to work for you.

You do. Always. We'll happily set up a new domain for you or migrate your existing one, but the domain stays registered in your name. It's your business identity, not ours.
