Rejuvenair Sanctuary is a holistic healing and wellness business based in South Yorkshire, offering a wide range of treatments including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IV infusion, red light therapy, bioresonance, and blood tests. Alongside their treatment offering, they sell their own product line – skincare, supplements, and wellness journals – and are continuing to expand into education through an academy section.
They came to us through a recommendation from an existing Pixelish client, over two years ago. They’re still with us now.
When Rejuvenair first came to us, they were managing their own Wix site – handling the design, the content, the product descriptions, and everything in between. As the business grew, that became unsustainable. Wix couldn’t support WooCommerce or subscriptions – a limitation we also encountered with The Green Partnership on Squarespace, the design flexibility wasn’t there, SEO control was limited, and the cost relative to what the platform actually delivered was hard to justify.
More importantly, the old site was actively losing them business. They had a product launch coming, new treatments to promote, and a growing audience that expected a premium digital experience. Holistic wellness is a visually driven, high-trust sector – customers are making considered decisions about their health and spending accordingly. A self-managed Wix site wasn’t going to cut it.
They needed a platform that could grow with them. And they needed it quickly.
We migrated Rejuvenair from Wix to WordPress with WooCommerce, building a feature-rich platform from scratch. The sheer volume of functionality in a single build made this one of the more complex projects we’ve taken on – but that complexity was the point. Everything needed to work together seamlessly.
The platform included:
A full WooCommerce store with their own-brand products, subscription options, a tiered discount system (buy 2, 3, or 4 for progressive savings), and a product quiz to help customers find the right products for their needs.
Individual pages for each core treatment: hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IV infusion, red light therapy, and bioresonance. Each page is built to inform and convert, with booking handled through a Timely integration.
An academy section, a blog, a skin progress tracker, and detailed blood test information pages. Content-rich without being cluttered.
The design approach was deliberate throughout. Wellness treatments are high-ticket purchases and the audience is discerning – the site had to look and feel premium from the first click. Trust is everything in this sector, and the design had to earn it.
As Rejuvenair grew, so did their requirements. New services, new products, expanded content – the original build had done its job, but the business had outgrown it. So we rebuilt.
Version 2 wasn’t a patch on version 1. It was a considered rebuild that took everything we’d learned from running and developing the site and used it to build something better – faster, more scalable, and better aligned with where the business was heading.
We manage every aspect of Rejuvenair site on an ongoing basis – hosting, maintenance, development, and new feature builds as the business expands. New treatments, new products, new pages – we handle it all. They don’t have to think about their website. That’s the point.
Rejuvenair are expanding again, and we’re already working on the next phase.
This project was led by James Taylor, Director at Pixelish.
James went above and beyond to deliver on a quick turnaround and made the transition from my old site so easy. He now manages everything and has saved me hours a week. Absolutely amazing!
