We have three main packages for our pay monthly websites and depending on the package you choose, you’ll pay either £49, £59 or £69 per month. We offer various add-ons should you need them. Full details can be found on the website packages page.

We don’t have any contracts. We want our customers to stay with us because of how good our service is, not because they are tied into a contract. You are free to leave at any time, all we ask for is 30 days’ notice.

This depends completely on what you need. If all you need is a five page brochure website then that will be a lot easier to build than say a 250 page megasite. We aim to get all websites up and running within 30 days but ultimately it depends on how long it takes you to provide us with content and review our work.

Once you have signed up we’ll be in touch to find out exactly what your requirements are. We’ll then ask you to fill out our website brief – this helps us make a start on your website and helps us get your website started ASAP.

Monthly payments are made via direct debit payments by GoCardless. We cover the fees for this. You can find out more about GoCardless here.

We do indeed. We’ll move your existing site to our server and set up a staging site to work on your new one – this ensures your website is never offline. It also means the switch from your old site to your new one will be seamless.

Honestly, we work with companies of any size. We’re just as keen to work with small businesses as we are larger ones. We pride ourselves on the relationships we have with smaller businesses and startups but over the years we’ve built websites for companies of all sizes. As a local company we’re ideally placed to understand the needs of growing companies.

Absolutely! Almost 70% of website traffic now comes from mobile devices. All of our websites are built responsive, which basically means they will fully adapt to the device they are being viewed on – this is all included in the price.

All of our web design packages include ongoing support, hosting & SEO. We take the hassle out of having a website. We do what we’re good at so you can do what you’re good at. Support is available through a number of channels including Facebook, WhatsApp, Email, Phone & via your client area. Whatever is easier for you.

On-page SEO is included in all of our packages. We can’t make any guarantees as to where your site will end up ranking, however, we want your site ranking as high as you do so we make every effort to ensure we get you at least on to the first page of Google search results. The way we set up your site and your ongoing SEO will give you the best possible chance of ranking highly on Google.

This is something Google has answered for us. Google advise that results from SEO can take between 4 to 12 months. SEO is something that should constantly be improving so your results after 12 months will be better than those after 4 months. Various things can have an impact on your SEO including the type of business you are in and how competitive that business market is.

WordPress is a flexible & robust system that currently is used on around 37% of all websites or 455 million websites if numbers are your thing. WordPress is fast and secure and hugely customisable. We base all of our websites on the WordPress platform mainly to keep costs down. If we were to build you a CMS system from scratch, costs could run in to the tens of thousands. WordPress has already done most of the heavy lifting.
