The Posing Pro is a specialist posing coach dedicated to helping male and female bodybuilders master their stage presence and posing techniques for competitions. With a strong reputation in the bodybuilding community, they support clients in elevating their performance and confidence on stage.

The Posing Pro's previous website was outdated and sluggish, impacting user experience and operational efficiency. They wanted a hands-off approach to website management, focusing on improved performance, design, and ease of use to support their expanding business.

To accommodate The Posing Pro’s business growth, which included onboarding additional posing coaches, we replaced their outdated booking system with a more adaptable solution. The new booking system allows multiple coaches to manage appointments independently, enabling clients and staff to adjust bookings seamlessly without constant direct communication. Additionally, the client offers paid tutorial content on their website; we implemented automated access management using WordPress user roles, so clients who purchase tutorials receive immediate access, reducing manual work for The Posing Pro team.

We redesigned the website with a modern, clean aesthetic, making it intuitive and easy for users to navigate. The new design showcases The Posing Pro’s branding throughout and allows customers to quickly find information on services, coaches, and tutorials. The previous site’s slow performance was a major pain point. After building the new site, we optimised it extensively, implementing local caching to maintain high speed and seamless performance. We also prioritised SEO to enhance visibility in search results.

The Posing Pro now operates with a fully redesigned, fast, and functional website, complete with an automated tutorial access system and a robust booking platform. With the new system, the client has successfully brought in additional coaches, and the streamlined processes are proving effective.
