Add an experienced graphics designer to your team for a flat monthly fee.
Once you’ve signed up you can start submitting design requests instantly through email. If it’s a working day, you’ll have a response within the hour. We’ll get your designer set up within a couple of hours and you can start collaborating
As a Pixelish subscriber, there’s no limit to the number of design requests you can make and there’s no limit to the number of revisions you can ask for either. You won’t be charged anything other than your monthly fee regardless of how many design or revision requests you submit.
Keep in mind that each revision request is treated as a new design request and this can affect the turnaround time of other requests in your queue.
Every customer is assigned a single UK based graphic designer who will work through your requests one at a time. Once the request at the top of your queue is finished, they’ll move on to the next one.
Our plans come with unlimited brands but keep in mind your designer can only work on one request at a time.
We don't offer a trial as such but all of our plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you don’t like the work we do for you in the first 14 days. we’ll keep it and you can get a full refund.
On average our customers will receive design requests delivered back to them the next working day. Turnaround times can vary depending on the following factors:
How long you and your designer have worked together
If you have worked with your designer for a while then you will have a great workflow in place. Your designer will fully understand your brand and your preferred styles – this will significantly speed up turnaround times.
How complex the design request is.
For example, a simple social media graphic will be a lot quicker to turn around, whereas a logo or a presentation will have a lot more work involved so can take longer. We review every request we receive and if we think a request you’ve submitted will take a while to produce then we’ll let you know.
How many requests you have in your queue.
Your designer will work on one request at a time. If you approve the request at the top of your queue then your designer will get to work on your next request. If you delay signing off on a piece of work, this can delay the rest of your requests being worked on.
