About

A brand new business, two locations, one shot at launch day.

Eyra Studios is a reformer Pilates brand founded by three women with a shared vision: studio spaces that feel as good as they look, with classes built around connection, confidence, and results. They launched with two locations, Shipley in Bradford and Wakefield, opening simultaneously.

They came to us through a recommendation, with no existing website, no online presence, and a physical launch date on the horizon. Classes needed to be findable and bookable before the studios even opened their doors.

Challenge

Two simultaneous launches, bookings live from day one, architecture set for the long term.

Eyra were starting from scratch in every sense. Brand new business, two locations opening on the same day, and a booking platform (BSport) that needed to be live and functional from launch. There was no soft-launch option. Classes had to be bookable from the moment the doors opened.

The structural question was the critical one. How do you build a website for two locations, each with their own timetables, pricing, memberships, gift cards, and booking flows, while keeping the brand consistent and leaving room to add more studios as the business grows?

It’s a problem we’ve solved before in different forms (Oxify across five HbOT clinics, U&I Renewables across Yorkshire), but a multi-studio brand opening simultaneously brings its own constraints. Whatever architecture we chose at the start would shape how easy or hard the next ten years would be.

Solution

WordPress multisite: one brand, two independent studios, room for ten.

We recommended a WordPress multisite architecture rather than two separate standalone sites. It was the right call for three reasons:

Brand consistency. Both studio sites share a single codebase and design system. Updates to the brand apply everywhere without duplicating effort.

Location independence. Each studio has its own full site with its own timetable, pricing, memberships, gift cards, booking flow, and contact information. Shipley and Wakefield each feel like their own thing, because they are. They just sit under the same roof.

Scalability. When Eyra open a third or fourth studio, we spin up a new site within the existing multisite. No rebuilding from scratch, no starting over. The architecture was designed for growth from day one.

Build

Four pieces wired together, with the multisite doing the long-term heavy lifting.
  • WordPress multisite architecture. A single platform hosting two fully independent studio sites, with the structure already in place to add new locations as the brand grows.
  • A landing page that routes by location. Visitors choose their studio and get sent cleanly into the right site. No clutter, no confusion about which timetable they’re booking from.
  • BSport booking integration across both studios. Live class booking and timetables integrated cleanly into each location’s site, with no compromise to the customer experience.
  • Full studio operations per location. Membership sign-ups, gift cards, pricing pages, contact information, and an Instagram feed for each studio, each handled independently within the multisite.

Outcome

Two studios launched on time, fully booked-ready, on architecture built to grow.

Eyra launched on time with both studio sites live, fully integrated with BSport, and ready to take bookings from day one. The brand experience is consistent across both locations, while each studio operates with its own pricing, memberships, and class schedule.

Now

First year of trading, architecture ready for the next studio whenever it comes.

We continue to host, maintain, and develop the platform under a Pixelish care plan covering both multisite locations. As Eyra grow and new studios come on the cards, the architecture is already ready for them.

What the client said:

Eyra are still in their first year of trading. We’ll update this page with a testimonial as the relationship develops.

Opening somewhere new and need bookings from day one?

No soft launch, no waiting for traffic to build. Two Pilates studios opened on the same day, both taking bookings.
