About the Client

Eyra Studios is a reformer pilates brand founded by three women with a shared vision: to create studio spaces that feel as good as they look, and bring a genuinely different level of wellness to their community. They launched with two studios – Shipley in Bradford, and Wakefield – offering challenging, feel-good classes built around connection, confidence, and results.

They came to us through a recommendation, with no existing website, no online presence, and a physical launch date on the horizon.

The Challenge

Eyra were starting from scratch in every sense. Brand new business, two locations opening simultaneously, and a booking system – BSport – that needed to be live and functional from day one. Classes needed to be findable and bookable before the studios even opened their doors.

The structural question was the critical one: how do you build a website for two locations – a structural challenge we also solved for Oxify across four HBOT centres that have their own timetables, pricing, memberships, and booking flows – while keeping the brand consistent and making it easy to add more studios down the line?

Why We Recommended WordPress Multisite

After understanding Eyra plans and growth ambitions, we recommended a WordPress multisite architecture rather than two separate standalone sites. It was the right call for three reasons.

Brand consistency

Both studio sites share a single codebase and design system – updates to the brand apply everywhere without duplicating effort.

Location independence

Each studio has its own full site with its own timetable, pricing, memberships, gift cards, booking flow, and contact information. Shipley and Wakefield each feel like their own thing, because they are – they just sit under the same roof.

Scalability

When Eyra open a third or fourth studio, we spin up a new site within the existing multisite. No rebuilding from scratch, no starting over. The architecture was designed for growth from the outset.

What We Built

The main landing page lets visitors choose their studio, routing them cleanly into the right location. From there, each studio site handles everything independently – live class booking and timetables via BSport, membership sign-ups, gift cards, pricing pages, and an Instagram feed to keep content feeling current.

Getting BSport integrated cleanly across both locations, coordinating all of that alongside the multisite setup, and delivering everything in time for a physical studio launch made this one of the more demanding builds we’ve taken on. It all had to work on day one – there was no soft launch option.

Where We Are Now

Eyra Studios are on our care and management plan, covering hosting, maintenance, security, and ongoing updates across both multisite locations. As the brand grows and new studios come on the cards, the architecture is already ready for them.

We don’t have a testimonial from Eyra Studios yet – they are still in their first year of trading. We will update this page as the relationship develops.
