Oxify provides Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HbOT) from five locations across the north of England: Leeds, Manchester, Retford, York and Newcastle Gateshead. Their clients use treatments for health conditions, sports recovery, cosmetic therapy and general wellbeing. They offer everything from £10 taster sessions to regular treatment plans, and have their own chamber, the Oxify L Chamber.
Oxify found us through Google and needed their existing website redesigning. The site had to serve five locations, each with its own details and booking flow. It also needed to educate visitors on a therapy most people aren’t familiar with, explaining the science, the conditions it can help with, and what to expect, while converting interest into bookings. The subject matter required a professional, trustworthy design.
We redesigned the site from the ground up. Each of the five centres has its own dedicated page with location-specific content. We built out a comprehensive content structure covering individual conditions, treatment information, pricing tiers, testimonials and a blog, giving the site depth and authority. The booking system was initially built into WordPress but has since transitioned to Ovatu, which we integrate through the site. The client left for a year as part of an investment drive, then came back to us, which we take as the best kind of endorsement.
After the initial redesign, Oxify moved their site elsewhere as part of a project to attract investment. A year later, they came back. We picked up where we left off and continue to maintain and develop the site as their business grows across new locations.
