Same day, usually within a few hours during business hours. Emergencies get priority. We're not a faceless agency with a ticket queue.

Monthly rolling. Cancel with 30 days notice. Pay annually and save 10%.

Yes, with 30 days notice. Need more hours one month? You can buy additional time at £65/hour without changing plans.

That's fine. There's a one-time onboarding fee (£250-500 depending on complexity) to audit your site, migrate it if needed, and get set up properly.

Care Plans are maintenance only — updates, backups, security. Manage includes all that plus development hours so we actually make changes and build things for you.

Care Plans are maintenance only. You update your own content. If you want us to handle that too, look at our Manage service.
