Alexanders Cleaning is an NCCA-registered carpet, upholstery and hard floor cleaning company based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, covering the whole of the North East. They serve both domestic and commercial clients, including the NHS, Go North East, and Holiday Inn, using a thorough 6-stage cleaning process with industry-leading equipment.
The existing website was self-managed, outdated, and invisible in search. The client didn’t have the time or technical knowledge to handle the SEO and design work needed to compete in a crowded local market. They came to us through a recommendation, looking for someone to take full ownership of their online presence.
We took over the site and carried out a full redesign, and have since rebuilt it a second time as the business has grown with us. The site now clearly separates domestic and commercial services across six dedicated pages, highlights their NCCA accreditation and 6-stage process as trust signals, and features a client logo bar showcasing their commercial relationships. Local SEO work has been focused on getting them ranking for their core search terms in Newcastle.
